Returns

We hope you love your Yazo London purchase, however, if it's not quite right, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to return the purchase back to you.

    All UK & Worldwide returns must be processed through email.

    To start a return, please contact us at contact@yazolondon.co.uk and include the below details in your email.

    • Order number along with the email address used to purchase.
    • Items and size you wish to return
    • Return reason - your feedback is important to us.
    Please ensure all the above details are included in your returns email. If any details are missing, your return may take longer.
    If your return is accepted,  we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items for return if they are sent back to us without prior authorisation.

    Kindly be aware that shipping costs for returns will not be covered by us and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

     

    REFUNDS

    Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

     

    EXCHANGES

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    If you wish to still go through the exchange process, our exchanges are processed within 5 working days from receipt.

    DAMAGES AND ISSUES
    Please inspect your order upon receipt.
    If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate measures to resolve it.
