ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders £100 and over.
  • All orders are sent tracked, so you are able to view it's journey.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. We work diligently to ensure that your order is prepared and dispatched promptly.
  • The estimated shipping time begins from the day your order is despatched.
  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

 

PRE-ORDERS

Each pre-order item will have an estimated shipping date mentioned on the product page. This date indicates when we expect to have the item ready for shipment. Please note that this date is an estimate and may be subject to change. We will notify you in case of any changes to the estimated shipping date.

Once you place a pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes the details of your purchase. This email will also confirm the estimated shipping date of your pre-order item(s).

We will ship your pre-order item(s) using the shipping method you selected during the checkout process. Please refer to our shipping options and rates mentioned above.

When your pre-order item(s) are ready to be shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email. This email will include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.

If you place an order that includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items immediately, while the pre-order items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available.

If you wish to make changes to your pre-order or cancel it before the estimated shipping date, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in modifying your order or issuing a refund, depending on the stage of fulfilment.

Once your pre-order item(s) are shipped, the estimated delivery time will depend on your chosen shipping method and your location. Please refer to our standard delivery timeframes mentioned on our Shipping Information page for more details.

FEES

Additional customs fees or import duties may apply for international shipments. We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. 

LATE OR LOST ORDERS

While we make every effort to ensure timely shipping, please be aware that courier delays are beyond our control.

To ensure successful delivery, please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during the order placement process. Kindly note that Yazo London cannot assume responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to an incorrect address or if they have been left with a neighbour or in an outbuilding at your request.

If you encounter any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items which have not been listed as delivered please report them to us using our contact form.

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for lost items (not marked as delivered) until 20 working days have passed since the date of dispatch (or 25 working days for international items). This duration aligns with the courier's classification of items as lost.
